Pledge for information on Hugh Cochran
Does anyone know information on Hugh Cochran. He created the world map and bird bath at the Winton School, and he was an avid painter, and I understand a plumber?
He lived in Winton and is NO relation to Trevor or Cliff Cochran. These are some of his paintings, dated around 1958.
